2, rotating part: the cylinder body is equipped with a protective cylinder body and the end cover of the ceramic liner, in order to load the grinding body into the mill and repair the liner, the cylinder body is provided with a grinding door. In addition, there are special grinding doors and sampling ports for discharging materials. The sample can be taken through the sampling port to determine whether the material has been ground to the required fineness.
3. Transmission device: the motor and reducer drive the spindle through the coupling to make the mill turn. In addition, considering safety factors, the coupling guard is also provided.
4, the mill frame: after the whole welding is completed, the integrated processing and manufacturing ensure the processing, matching accuracy and form and position tolerance of each part, and effectively improve the installation accuracy and reliability of the whole machine. The bottom frame is provided with a sloping ladder, which is convenient for manual operation and maintenance.
5, discharge device: the access door is easy to open, easy to replace the grinding door when loading and unloading. With sealing felt and discharge valve, good sealing, can be discharged in the case of mill rotation, reduce the accumulation of grinding materials in the dead corner, can ensure the orderly discharge of materials and ensure the surrounding working environment clean and tidy.
