II. Project description
Shouyang Lime Line project is built by our company with an annual output of 100,000 tons of active calcium oxide. The project adopts the advanced production process of continuous closure in the United States and Italy, which greatly improves the use efficiency of raw materials. It not only reduces energy consumption, reduces soot emissions, but also reduces the production cost of enterprises, so as to meet the production requirements of energy saving and environmental protection activity. It has brought economic benefits to enterprises and also adapted to the needs of the market, which is in line with the business philosophy of developing circular economy. At the same time, 360 new jobs were created. Various economic and technical indicators in the same industry in the country at the leading level.
III. Design principles
(1) Under the premise of meeting the requirements of production scale, the main machine adopts single machine and single line equipment to achieve the purpose of smooth and compact production line, save land and improve land utilization rate.
(2) The auxiliary equipment is stable, reliable and energy-saving as the principle to ensure normal production, high quality and low energy consumption.
(3) Fully combined with the local natural conditions, under the condition of meeting the process production conditions, optimize the design scheme and reduce the project cost as much as possible.
(4) Conscientiously implement the relevant environmental protection, laws, regulations and standards, strictly control environmental pollution, reduce pollutant emissions, protect and improve the environment, and achieve safe and civilized production.
IV. Project implementation
