Nowadays, with the development of market economy, a company in Anyang's demand for high-quality lime continues to grow, city company insight into the market orientation, to invest 20 million yuan to build an annual output of 100,000 tons of lime project. The energy-saving calcining process of rotary kiln with vertical preheater and vertical cooler is adopted. The exhaust gas of blast furnace and pulverized coal are used as fuel. The pulverized coal station adopts the wind-swept coal grinding process. The system adopts PLC centralized control, safe and reliable operation.

Lime can be divided into ordinary lime and active lime according to its nature, the former is mostly fired by earth kiln and ordinary shaft kiln, and its activity is generally within 200ml, mainly for construction and road repair; The latter is mainly fired by mechanical shaft kiln and rotary kiln, and its activity can reach 300~420ml.

After signing the contract, the Engineering Technology Center set up the project department, with Yuan Haitao as the project manager. According to the company's 6S management requirements, the project was designed for construction drawings, equipment manufacturing, equipment installation and commissioning.
