II. Project introduction

A company in Shanxi Province has five rotary kiln production lines, with an annual output of 120,000 tons of various specifications of pottery production capacity, in order to expand production, decided to build a new 100,000 tons/year oil fracturing proppant production line.

III. Project implementation

In July 2013, the company began an in-depth investigation of ceramic sand production line equipment manufacturers. After many extensive investigation and comparison, Henan Zhengkuang Machinery Co., Ltd. is determined to be the general contractor of production line design, equipment supply, construction and installation, production and commissioning. In March 2014, the production line contract was signed.

The construction site has a project department, with project managers, process design engineers, equipment design engineers, material personnel, quality inspectors and other technical personnel to ensure timely communication with the owner's engineering department. After the close cooperation and promotion of the two sides, the project in May 2015, the production line has the commissioning conditions.
