I. Project overview

II. Equipment introduction

1, the kiln end is set with a return spoon, the feed port does not produce dead Angle, the kiln head and the kiln end are set with cold air jacket and protection plate structure, and the protection plate is made of heat-resistant steel castings, the structural design is easy to replace.

2, the transmission part adopts frequency conversion speed regulating motor, can adjust the speed at any time according to the specific situation, relying on the frequency conversion motor and gear drive system to provide power to rotate and stop rotation. Energy saving and environmental protection, high efficiency and high speed regulation precision, smooth operation.

3. Auxiliary drive:

The auxiliary transmission motor is used to ensure that the rotary kiln can still operate when the main power supply is interrupted, prevent the bending deformation of the cylinder and facilitate maintenance, and it is equipped with electric hydraulic block brake to avoid reversal when the kiln is stopped.

4, wheel stop device:

Using hydraulic stop wheel, relying on the hydraulic station to provide pressure to promote the stop wheel and kiln body, to achieve the kiln up and down, without manual intervention, to achieve automation.

5, kiln head, tail sealing device:

The three-layer flexible seal (stainless steel seal sheet + carbon silicon aluminum fiber composite board) combined with the labyrinth structure seal, low air leakage rate, better sealing performance, higher reliability, and longer service life, convenient replacement, can significantly reduce its maintenance costs.
