In August 2018, Urumqi China Trading Company ordered a 3.0x50 rotary kiln and its supporting equipment from our company to resell to a cement enterprise in Uzbekistan. Our company is a foreign customer designated supplier, purchased by the Chinese trading company. The rotary kiln is equipped with the customer's existing cyclone preheater and calciner, and can achieve 1,000 tons of cement clinker per day.
The equipment will be shipped in December 2018 and completed in January 2019.
II. Solution
The diameter of the supplied cement rotary kiln is 3m, the length is 50m, and the cement clinker production capacity is 1000t/d. The equipment has the following advantages:
1) Product stability: When calcining materials, the material can be heated evenly and the product quality is stable.
2) Transmission system: The main transmission system adopts a new type of AC frequency conversion speed regulation technology, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and the speed regulation range is large, the efficiency is high, the speed regulation precision is high, and the operation is stable.
3) Tug device: the base of the single support wheel support device and the stop wheel support device is welded, and after vibration aging treatment to eliminate welding stress, the installation accuracy and reliability of the whole machine can be improved.
4) Optimize the structure: the overall structure of the kiln head and kiln tail section is optimized to solve the problems of kiln tail return and dust leakage, which are common in rotary kiln, and the transmission is more smooth and natural.
