In March 2021, we ordered GYF machine with a diameter of 2.4x11m ball mill and supporting lubricating oil station for aluminate processing and production. The ball mill adopts dry closed-circuit grinding process, featuring high grinding efficiency and large production capacity. The equipment was manufactured in August 2021 and delivered as scheduled.
II. Solution
The ball mill provided this time is a tube ball mill with a relatively large diameter, which is used for the grinding production of aluminate cement. The equipment has the following characteristics:
1, choose a reasonable length-diameter ratio, strengthen the grinding performance, high grinding efficiency, low energy consumption.
2, uniform product size, reasonable water storage, conducive to cement strength play.
3, small vibration, low noise, good equipment sealing, no dust spill, clean environment, meet the requirements of environmental protection.
4, according to the user's different needs for grinding fineness and output design and manufacture of special cement mill.
