In order to enhance production efficiency and improve product quality, the company decided to introduce advanced ball mill equipment. 2, Solution

Ball mill specifications: Φ3×10m ball mill is selected. The equipment adopts intermittent water-cooled ceramic ball mill technology, which has the characteristics of high energy efficiency and low energy consumption, to ensure the precision grinding of aluminum oxide powder in the production process and improve product quality.

Water cooling technology: The ball mill adopts advanced water cooling technology to effectively reduce the operating temperature of the equipment, improve the stability and life of the equipment, and ensure the stability of the ceramic ball mill in the production process.

Aluminum oxide powder production: The main raw material of the project is aluminum oxide powder, through the processing of the ball mill, to ensure that the particles of aluminum oxide powder are fine and uniform, and provide a better basic material for subsequent products.
