I. Project overview


Hubei province have an enterprise specializing in the production of new wear-resistant ceramic materials, committed to providing high-quality, high-performance ceramic products. In order to enhance production efficiency and improve product quality, the company decided to introduce advanced ball mill equipment. After extensive research and comparison, the company chose the Φ3×10m ball mill produced by GYF BIOTECH LTD., in order to ensure the finer grinding effect of the products in the production process and meet the production needs of different specifications of aluminum oxide powder.


2, Solution

Water cooling technology: The ball mill adopts advanced water cooling technology to effectively reduce the operating temperature of the equipment, improve the stability and life of the equipment, and ensure the stability of the ceramic ball mill in the production process.


Aluminum oxide powder production: The main raw material of the project is aluminum oxide powder, through the processing of the ball mill, to ensure that the particles of aluminum oxide powder are fine and uniform, and provide a better basic material for subsequent products.
