II. Project description


A company in Inner Mongolia to silicon carbide production, processing, sales, carbon-based carburizer production, processing, sales, high-performance silicon carbide sintered materials and high-performance silicon carbide ceramic products production, processing, sales.


III. Solution


This supply with 4 sieve ball mills, the hourly production of silicon carbide powder 3.2-4.5 tons, this project mainly adopts the following solutions to meet customer needs:


1) Process selection: Select the domestic silicon carbide industry popular with the sieve ball mill grinding powder, with the sieve mill as the center drive, circular discharge mill, due to the particularity of its internal structure, with high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection and other characteristics. At the same time of crushing and grinding of materials, it also has a classification effect, high grinding efficiency, fine product fineness and uniform particle size, easy to adjust particle grading, and high product pass rate.


1) Working principle: The mill comes with a screen to form a closed grinding and screening circulation system. When the mill rotates, the steel ball is driven by a stepped lining plate under the action of friction, and the material is highly crushed due to the impact and grinding of the moving grinding medium. The crushed material is discharged through the perforated screen plate, enters the screen partition, and is initially screened through the inner ring screen. The material on the screen is returned to the mill through the material guide plate for re-grinding, and the material under the screen enters the outer ring for further screening; After secondary screening through the outer ring screen, the qualified material is discharged from the mill, and the sifted material is returned to the mill for grinding, which can better control the product particle size.


2) According to customer capacity requirements, for customers to select the mill type. According to the raw material particle size, moisture and grinding fineness requirements, the selection of liner and grinding body for customers, so that the grinding and crushing capacity of the equipment is reasonably matched, and the liner is all installed before delivery.


4) In order to avoid equipment safety accidents, the motor is selected as a variable frequency motor, and the coupling is installed with a protective cover to prevent powder from entering and damaging the equipment.
