On January 27, 2011, our company signed a project contract with your company with an annual output of 100,000 tons of ceramic sand. Your company purchased 2 sets of rotary kiln, cooling machine and 2 sets of granulator from our company to ensure the normal production of the whole ceramic sand production line.
In this cooperation, the customer inspected a number of manufacturers for comparison, and recognized our comprehensive processing capacity and advanced and mature technical strength, so he chose our company as a cooperative manufacturer.
II. Solution
A ceramic sand production line with a production scale of 100000t/d is expected to be put into operation in 2011.
1. Rotary kiln system
The raw material after drying is discharged from the middle bin and lifted to the end of the kiln by the elevator. The vibrating screen divides the raw material into qualified and unqualified two kinds. Qualified raw materials enter the rotary kiln for calcination, and unqualified raw materials return to the grinding system.
Raw material particles in the rotary kiln, with the rotation of the rotary kiln, gradually move to the direction of the kiln head, in the sintering zone of 1300℃~1350℃ temperature, calcined into petroleum proppant ceramic sand. The ceramic sand is cooled by a single barrel cooling machine, and the secondary air of the cooling machine enters the rotary kiln.
2. Granulation system
The granulator is a new type granulator developed by Zhengkuang Machinery Company. The granulator has the characteristics of fast ball forming speed, high efficiency, good roundness and clean production.
