II. Project description

Zinc oxide is produced from zinc-containing electrolytic waste, soot, wet mud, smelting slag and other zinc-containing waste, with an annual production of 100,000 tons of zinc oxide.

The original production line of 30,000 tons of zinc oxide and 20,000 tons of zinc calcine is planned to expand a zinc oxide production line with Φ3.6*59 meters on the basis of the original production capacity of 50,000 tons, and the new production line is 70,000 tons of zinc oxide project. After completion and putting into operation, our company has reached 100,000 tons of zinc oxide production capacity and 20,000 tons of zinc calcine. Main equipment: Φ3.6*59 meters rotary kiln a set, the process using reduction play, combined production of metal compounds, zinc oxide recovery. The main raw materials of this process are electrolytic waste, electroplating waste, dust and ash, wet mud, smelting slag and other zinc-containing waste, with an annual disposal capacity of 400,000 tons.

III. Design principles

(1) Under the premise of meeting the requirements of production scale, the main machine adopts single machine and single line equipment to achieve the purpose of smooth and compact production line, save land and improve land utilization rate.

(2) The auxiliary equipment is stable, reliable and energy-saving as the principle to ensure normal production, high quality and low energy consumption.

(3) Fully combined with the local natural conditions, under the condition of meeting the process production conditions, optimize the design scheme and reduce the project cost as much as possible.

(4) Conscientiously implement the relevant environmental protection, laws, regulations and standards, strictly control environmental pollution, reduce pollutant emissions, protect and improve the environment, and achieve safe and civilized production.

IV. Project implementation

In January 2017, a project team was established to inspect our company and other manufacturers, and visited the project site of the zinc oxide production line of our company's machine in Zhongning Ning Chemical Trade, giving full affirmation to our company. After careful consideration and repeated consultations, Kaifeng Xinke Zinc Industry decided to sign a business contract with Zheng Mining machinery. The main equipment is φ3.6×59m rotary kiln, φ3.6×59m rotary kiln has the characteristics of good quality of calcined finished products, large production capacity, high operation rate, high heat transfer efficiency, low energy consumption, stable and reliable operation, easy operation and maintenance and long machine life, fully meet the requirements of energy saving, consumption reduction and environmental protection.

In July 2017, the one-time inspection was successful, and all indicators met the customer's requirements, and the customer was very satisfied.
