5. Drying System

The drum-type energy-saving dryer is adopted, along with a thermal air circulation heating system. The wet granules after granulation are uniformly dried by low-temperature hot air. The drying temperature and rotation speed can be controlled to precisely regulate the moisture content of the finished products, avoiding dampness, mold growth, and agglomeration of the particles. 6. Cooling System

Install drum cooling equipment or fluidized bed cooling devices, and adopt the counter-flow air cooling process to rapidly cool the 70-80℃ hot particles from the drying process to room temperature. Directly packaging the hot particles may lead to problems such as moisture re-entrainment, agglomeration, and bulging of the packaging bags. 7. Screening and Grading System

The qualified particles enter the next process, while the unqualified large particles and fine powder can be recycled for re-crushing and granulation, achieving 100% material recycling, without any production waste, and reducing raw material loss and production costs.

8. Membrane modification system

Equipped with a dedicated granule coating machine, it can spray auxiliary materials such as anti-caking agents, slow-release agents, and colorants according to product requirements. After the coating treatment, the surface of the fertilizer granules forms a protective film, effectively preventing moisture absorption, caking, and compaction during storage and transportation. At the same time, it can achieve slow-release, controlled-release, and long-lasting efficacy functions, thereby enhancing the added value and market competitiveness of the fertilizer products.

9. Automatic Packaging System

Using a fully automatic quantitative packaging machine, it can be adapted to different specifications of bagged fertilizers ranging from 2.5kg to 50kg.
