Acidizing kiln is equipped with cooling kiln

Our company can produce diameter Φ1-Φ5m acidizing cooling kiln, used for lithium concentrate after acidizing roasting material cooling.

Type: Tubular cooler and water bath cooler

Feed rate: 5-55t/h

Scope of application: Cooling of lithium battery materials and lithium concentrate after acidizing and roasting.

Acidizing kiln supporting cooling kiln product introduction

The cooling kiln can be divided into two cooling methods according to the material characteristics, tubular cooling machine and water bath cooling machine, and the water bath can be divided into sleeve water bath and open two ways, our company can carry out personalized customized production according to the specific working conditions and technical requirements.

Working principle

1, Acidizing cooling kiln cylinder design fully consider the cylinder deflection support Angle, extend the service life of equipment;

2, the use of large diameter small length-diameter ratio bearing, improve reliability, bearing for automatic aligning bearings;

3, spring plate laminated flexible seal, double spring plate seal increase insulation layer design, help to improve the reliability and service life of lithium concentrate acidizing cooling kiln.
