The cylinder diameter and length of our wind-swept coal mill products are between Φ1200×2400-Φ2900×4700 (mm), and the supporting motor power is 45-570kW, which can meet the 1.4-16t/h coal powder production.

Air sweep coal mill product introduction

The wind-swept coal mill is an ideal pulverized coal processing equipment that can both grind and dry, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection. The fineness of pulverized coal is more than 85% through the 200-mesh screen, and the moisture is less than 2%. It is an ideal equipment for pulverized coal used in industrial furnaces and rotary kilns.

Working principle

The feeding equipment sends raw coal into the rink of the feeding device. While the material is sliding down, the hot air with a temperature of about 300℃ enters the mill through the inlet air pipe to dry the raw coal. Raw coal enters the barrel bin through the feed spiral cylinder, in which a certain amount of grinding body is installed. Due to the rotation of the barrel, the liner will bring the grinding body to a certain height, and then use the impact energy and friction energy when it falls to crush and grind the raw coal. Through the discharge device of the mill, the fine powder that has been ground together with the used hot air is sucked out of the mill by the special induced draft fan. The mixture of fine powder and hot air goes through the special separator. The separator selects the unqualified coarse powder and sends it back to the mill for re-grinding.
