Working principle
The alumina hydroxide or bauxite ingredients are fed into the kiln by the kiln tail. Due to the tilt and slow rotation of the cylinder, the material rolls along the circumference and moves axially from the kiln tail (high end) to the kiln head (low end). Fuel from the kiln head (low-end) through the burner into the kiln for combustion, heat to radiation, convection, conduction and other ways to transfer to the material, the material in the process of moving, a variety of physical changes and chemical reactions, to meet the technical indicators required by the production process, and finally discharged from the kiln head, into the cooling machine.
