I. Project overview:
A company in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of oil fracturing proppant and ceramic sand for casting industry. On March 5, 2011, your company signed a project with an annual output of 60,000 tons of ceramic sand, and our company provided you with the rotary kiln used in this project and two coolers each.
II. Solutions:
A ceramic sand production line with a production scale of 60000t/d is expected to be put into operation by the end of 2011.
1, the calcining equipment technology is mature: the raw material after drying is discharged from the middle bin, and the lift is lifted to the end of the kiln, and the vibrating screen divides the raw material into qualified and unqualified two kinds. Qualified raw materials enter the rotary kiln for calcination, and unqualified raw materials return to the grinding system.
2, advanced cooling system: raw material particles in the rotary kiln, with the rotation of the rotary kiln, gradually move to the direction of the kiln head, in the firing zone 1300℃~1350℃ temperature, calcined into petroleum proppant ceramic sand. The ceramic sand is cooled by a single barrel cooling machine, and the secondary air of the cooling machine enters the rotary kiln.
3, environmental protection and pollution-free: the dust removal system of the petroleum ceramic production line of Zheng Mine machine adopts the design of automatic control system, and the dust removal effect reaches the national standard.
