Water resistance: normal temperature water immersion 500h, no change.
Acid resistance: Soaked in 20% HCL solution at room temperature for 500h, no significant change. Alkaline resistance: Room temperature pH >12 NaOH saturation and solution soaking for 500h, no change.
Freezing resistance: Stored in the -10℃ refrigerator for 150d without any change. Thermal stability: Heating to 400° C, constant temperature for one hour, without any change.
Light aging resistance: 450W high-pressure mercury lamp 10cm, irradiation for 2000h, no significant change.
Uv resistance linearity: 20W UV lamp at 55cm irradiation 3000h, no significant change. Artificial accelerated weather resistance: SH60-B xenon lamp weather resistance test machine was sprayed with water for 12min every 1h, continuous test for 500h, and there was no significant change.
Cross section observation: Scanning electron microscope observed the boundary between the colored layer and the substrate, no obvious boundary, natural transition, close bonding.
