BL scale conveyor product introduction

Scale conveyor is a kind of ground conveyor, which can transport materials in a horizontal and inclined direction. The conveying equipment uses the plate chain as the traction element, which is not only strong, high efficiency and reliable, but also the conveying inclination can reach 30° ~ 35°, the bending radius is generally about 3m ~ 5m, and can also transport high temperature materials (600 ° C ~ 700 ° C).

Working principle

BL type scale conveyor is a flexible traction continuous conveying equipment with traction chain as a traction mechanism and scale hopper as a bearing device. When working, the sprocket of the head device is driven by the transmission device to rotate, and the chain meshing with the sprocket also moves forward, while the hopper and its supporting roller fixed on the chain also move forward synchronously along the track on the frame; When the material is added to the hopper in the feed mouth, the material is transported to the discharge port with the movement of the hopper, and under the combined action of gravity and centrifugal force, the material is unloaded from the discharge port and enters the next process.
