High temperature sintered alumina, called artificial corundum or artificial gems, can be made of mechanical bearings or watches in the diamond, also used as high temperature refractory materials, refractory bricks, crucible, porcelain, artificial gems, etc., alumina is also the raw material of aluminum smelting. In May 2017, we intend to purchase a ball mill for aluminum oxide grinding. After fully meeting the needs of grinding materials, plant area and product capacity, fineness, etc., with many years of project and equipment manufacturing experience, Henan Zhengmine Machinery Co., Ltd. carried out equipment selection, layout and process design for it, and ordered a Φ1.5x3.5m ball mill. The purchase contract was signed on May 25, 2017. After half a month of production debugging, the equipment technical requirements meet the standard, stable and reliable operation, acceptance and production in July 2017.
II. Solution
The supply of aluminum oxide powder grinding ball mill 1 set, sand powder fineness requirements are high, this project mainly adopts the following solutions to meet customer needs:
1, according to the customer material grindability data, production capacity product requirements, for customers to develop the process, equipment selection, combined with the site plant area reasonable planning equipment layout.
2, according to customer product fineness requirements, give full play to the grinding capacity of the equipment, the liner is made of high-quality wear-resistant material, high strength, wear resistance, long service life, to meet the grinding requirements.
3, the load of the grinding body in the ball mill is appropriately increased, and the steel ball with smaller particle size than the normal grinding is selected to strengthen the grinding requirements.
4. Arrange technical engineers to command installation on site, provide technical guidance and services, and increase the reliability of equipment operation in the later stage.
III. Project site
