I. Project overview

At the beginning of 2018, the Thai design company signed a supply contract with our company, and the relevant equipment was shipped in May 2018. The project is located in Bangladesh, using sugar mill waste as raw material, secondary utilization of resources to produce raw lime, and then use as raw material for its original production line.

Lime rotary kiln as the main equipment of the lime production line is the most common, the product quality is uniform, stable, and suitable for use with vertical preheater, vertical cooler, hot air secondary utilization, energy saving and consumption reduction.

II. Solution

The supplied equipment is a lime rotary kiln with a diameter of 1.9x30m and a daily output of 600 tons of lime. The equipment has the following characteristics:

1) The output of rotary kiln is stable, suitable for large, medium and small active lime production lines.

2) Rotary kiln is open calcining, kiln body structure is simple, uniform heating, product quality is stable, low rate of production and overburning.

3) The vertical preheater at the end of the kiln can make full use of the high temperature flue gas produced by calcination in the rotary kiln and improve the output of the rotary kiln.

4) The vertical cooler at the kiln head can not only make the high-temperature lime quench, improve the product activity, but also facilitate transportation and storage.
