Box feeder product introduction

The box feeder has four feeding products with the width of its conveyor belt, the belt width of the feeder is 0.65m-1.2m, and the feeding amount is 25-60m³/h. It is suitable for uniform feeding of clay, fly ash, pulverized shale, coal gangue and other materials with moisture content less than 20%.

The box-type feeder has the characteristics of large box volume, simple structure, convenient adjustment of feed amount, and high moisture content of raw materials, etc. It is widely used in ceramic plants and brick factories for various raw materials feeding and batching. Working principle

By the motor through the transmission mechanism, the tape (or chain plate) for continuous (or intermittent) movement to achieve uniform feeding. The material is stored in the material box on the surface of the tape (or chain plate). Change the feed amount by adjusting the height of the cartridge valve plate or the speed of the tape (or chain plate).
