The raw material of calcium aluminate rotary kiln is composed of limestone and bauxite, formed by high temperature calcination to Ca, Ca2 as the main component of the sintered material, the production of finished products can be used as polymeric water filtration agent, efficient concrete expansion agent, refractory castable raw materials, the production of finished products is good, economic benefits are significant.

Working principle
The raw material is fed directly into the end of the calcium aluminate rotary kiln through the electronic belt measuring scale, belt conveyor, ballast bin and air lock valve from the storage, and only the ballast bin is set at the end of the kiln to reduce investment. The raw material enters the calcium aluminate rotary kiln and is heated first, and moves in the kiln and the hot gas flow in reverse direction. After the raw material is heated to the reduction temperature in the heating zone, it enters the reduction zone. The central temperature of the flame in the reduction zone is controlled at about 1000℃, and the temperature of the hot atmosphere in the reduction zone is controlled at about 700℃. After entering the cooling belt, the gas meets the incoming gas, the gas is preheated, the finished material is cooled out of the kiln, and the water is cooled by the continuous bucket conveyor, and the storage is ready for selection.
