Performance features: ◆ The TJ-MSC series of special extrusion equipment for wood-plastic boards features stable performance, energy conservation and high efficiency. Advanced CAD design software, 38CrMoALA high-quality alloy steel material, with a bimetallic coating on the surface. Screw barrel with special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity design. ◆ The cooling of the screw core adopts an oil constant temperature system with automatic temperature control to enable the material to reach a good plasticizing state. A vacuum exhaust type screw cylinder is used to fully evaporate the moisture in the material and ensure the product quality. ◆ It is driven by a DC motor with stable output and large torque, and is equipped with ABB or British Continental speed regulators. The extrusion output is large and the efficiency is high.

What is carbon crystal ecological board?

Carbon crystal plate is a modified and purified carbon particle heating product. It is made by modifying short-fiber carbon fibers and then subjecting them to physical ball milling treatment to form microcrystalline particles. Subsequently, far-infrared emitters are added.

Carbon crystal plates are generally made into heating elements through one or two encapsulation and lamination processes and special synthesis techniques. Compared with ordinary heating products, carbon crystal plates have significant improvements and enhancements in terms of heating uniformity, fire resistance, safety, weather resistance, electric-to-thermal conversion efficiency, and infrared emissivity.
