Cement ball mill
Cement ball mill is mainly used for cement clinker and mixed materials grinding in the cement production process, can be used for open-circuit grinding, can also be used for circulating flow grinding composed of powder separator. Cement ball mill has the characteristics of high grinding efficiency, large output, low energy consumption, and easy to adjust the fineness of grinding products.

Cement ball mill product introduction
Because of the particle size and shape of its products, cement ball mill is more suitable for cement grinding, which has great advantages for cement hydration and late strength improvement, so cement ball mill is widely used in cement grinding. Our cement ball mill cylinder diameter from 1.2m to 4.2m, supporting motor 55kW to 3530kW, a single cement ball mill can meet 1-87 tons of cement products per hour grinding, such as combined with the roller press, production capacity will be greatly improved.

Working principle
The cement mill usually adopts the edge drive mode and is generally equipped with 2 ~ 4 silo. The material enters the ball mill No. 1 silo evenly by the feeding device through the feeding screw. The silo has a stepped liner plate and is equipped with different specifications of grinding media. After the material is coarse ground in the No. 1 warehouse, it enters the next warehouse through the compartment board, which is inlaid with corrugated lining board or flat lining board, and there is grinding medium to further grind the material; The powder material is discharged through the discharge grate to complete the grinding work.
