Cement rotary kiln product introduction
Cement rotary kilns are widely used in the production and calcining of cement clinker. At present, the cement rotary kilns produced by our company are mainly cement clinker dry production line equipment. According to the different production processes of cement clinker, the products are divided into hollow dry kiln, kiln with preheater and kiln outside decomposition kiln, with a total of 16 models with diameter between 2.5m and 4.3m. It can meet the daily production range of 180-3200 tons of dry clinker calcination.
Cement rotary kiln is used for calcining cement clinker. Cement clinker calcination is the process of calcining cement raw material into cement clinker at high temperature, which is a very important production process in the cement production and manufacturing experience of "two grinding and one burning" (that is, raw material grinding, clinker calcination and cement grinding). One end of the rotary kiln is high, the other end is low, high-end feed, low-end discharge and coal feeding, and the clinker is calcined in the kiln in the process of continuous rotation.

Working principle
The material enters the kiln from the end (high end), and due to the tilt and slow rotation of the cylinder, the material rolls along the axial and radial direction and gradually moves forward. The fuel is injected into the kiln from the kiln head (low end) through the burner for combustion, and the heat is transmitted to the material by radiation and conduction, and the material produces liquid phase in the process of moving, generating minerals such as tricalcium silicate, dicalcium silicate, tricalcium aluminate, and quadalcium ferroaluminate, completing sintering, generating clinker, and then discharging from the kiln head.
