Architectural ceramic glaze in the production process of different colors require different components of glaze, more suitable for intermittent powder grinding preparation. A building ceramic manufacturer in Malaysia because of the glaze grinding needs to purchase a set of grinding equipment, its ceramic products are diverse in color, not only to avoid mixing, material phenomenon, but also can not use ordinary cast iron liner, steel ball grinding body, although many ball mill equipment manufacturers, but has not found a satisfactory supplier. After being recommended by other domestic companies, we contacted our company in June 2016 to explain the production needs and technical parameters, and our business personnel immediately introduced the company's ceramic ball mill and related production programs to them. The other party was very satisfied, and immediately organized an inspection and signed a purchase contract on the 21st of the month. On August 10, 2017, the site installation and commissioning were completed and officially accepted and put into operation.
II. Solution
This supply ceramic ball mill 1 set, specification φ2.2x2.9m, intermittent grinding, design load of 5 tons, this project mainly adopts the following solutions to meet customer needs:
1, according to the customer batch material variety, easy grinding data, production capacity and grinding fineness requirements, for customers to recommend grinding equipment, process design, equipment selection, combined with the site land use area reasonable planning equipment layout.
2, according to customer materials batch grinding, do not use iron grinding body, the selection of ceramic ball mill, intermittent production, lining plate and grinding body all replaced with ceramic lining plate and thorn ball, to avoid iron pollution glaze composition and color.
3, according to the grain size, hardness and fineness requirements of grinding materials, to develop ball matching plan for customers, reasonable selection of liner shape, optimize the porcelain section and porcelain ball loading ratio, taking into account crushing and grinding performance.
4. Arrange technical engineers to command installation on site, provide technical guidance and services, and increase the reliability of equipment operation in the later stage.
