Ceramic sand rotary kiln
Product introduction: Ceramic sand, also known as fracturing proppant, is a kind of ceramic particle product, with high fracturing strength, mainly used for oil and gas field underground support, to increase the production of oil, natural gas, coal bed gas, shale gas, environmental protection products. This product is sintered from a variety of raw materials such as high-quality bauxite. It is a substitute for medium and low strength proppant such as natural quartz sand, glass balls and metal balls. It has a good effect on increasing oil and gas production.

Ceramic sand rotary kiln product introduction
The increasing demand for oil fracturing proppant products has promoted the continuous development of China's oil fracturing proppant (ceramic sand) industry, and the rotary kiln, as a key equipment for calcining ceramic sand, has been continuously optimized. The rotary kiln designed by our company for the demand of the oil fracturing proppant industry has the characteristics of strong calcining capacity, high thermal efficiency and uniform product.

Working principle
The bauxite with particle size of 300 ~ 500mm into the factory is crushed and sent to the boiling furnace dryer for drying, and then with manganese powder, admixture, etc. through the dosing station, into the grinding system with eddy current separator to prepare the raw powder with fineness of 400 mesh or more, using the new granulator developed by Zheng mine machine, after adding water, the raw powder is made into qualified spherules. The pellets enter the dryer set at the end of the kiln, and use the waste heat of the exhaust gas at the end of the kiln to reduce the moisture of the pellets, and then enter the rotary kiln for calcining after screening. The calcined ceramic sand is cooled by the single cooling machine and screened by the cylinder screen, the qualified different particle sizes are packaged respectively before leaving the factory, and the unqualified pellets are returned to the grinding system. The fuel for calcination in rotary kiln can be gas, oil or solid fuel.
