3. Fully automatic Magic Realm Ball production line
Bursting beads, also known as bursting eggs and cold sky crystal balls, are widely used in ice cream, milk tea beverages, as well as in the decoration of cakes and egg tarts.
Introduction to the Hantian Crystal Ball Production Line
It adopts a PLC control system and is automatically designed. The entire production line is made entirely of stainless steel and complies with food hygiene standards. Combined with the production process of boba, the boba produced by this production line (popping boba) is bright in color, round and beautiful in shape, and delicious in taste.
The main components of Hantian Crystal balls are: water, white granulated sugar, compound gum, and food additives (guar gum, xanthan gum, sodium alginate, citric acid, lactic acid, calcium chloride, potassium sorbate, edible flavoring, and edible coloring).

The fully automatic popping bead production line mainly consists of a colloid mill, a boiling system, a forming system and a central control system. This production line has a high degree of automation and is easy to operate. Its main components are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel. The produced popping beads are round in shape and bright in color. They are often used in cold and hot beverages such as milk tea, ice cream and yogurt, or as cake decorations and fruit salads.
According to the production process, this production line contains three types of liquids, namely the jam liquid (i.e., the liquid inside the popping beads), the solidifying liquid (i.e., the surface layer of the popping beads, mainly composed of sodium alginate), and the protective liquid (the well-preserved popping beads).

Colloid mills are used for fine grinding of various semi-fluid materials, enabling rapid and uniform crushing and dissolution of the materials. Therefore, they can assist sodium alginate in dissolving in water and increase its dissolution rate. Adjusting the gap between the fixed teeth and the rotating teeth of the colloid mill can meet the requirements of different yields and fineness.
