After the signing of the international environmental protection treaty, the Kyoto Protocol, it has been clearly stipulated that heavy oil cannot be burned. Emulsified fuel is made from heavy oil and diesel as the main raw materials, combined with low-cost auxiliary materials and renewable organic substances as additives, and an appropriate amount of water. After being prepared through a special process flow, it becomes new fuel.
The principle of heavy oil emulsification is to add a certain amount of water to the heavy oil and mix it with an appropriate proportion of multi-effect compound emulsifier. After being processed by a high-shear three-stage emulsifying pump, the residual carbon, asphalt, gum and other particles in the water and oil are strongly dispersed and cut, forming fine particles of water-in-oil type (W/O), which are fully combusted in the burner equipment.
