Drum testing machine product introduction
The drum testing machine produced by our company is mainly composed of frame, drum, driving device, counting device and so on.
The frame is welded from section steel and mainly plays a supporting role, and all components are installed on the frame.
Roller is the main part of the equipment, it is made of steel roll, through the two ends of the support shaft, with vertical seat bearings placed on the support, forming a free turning of a cylinder. The barrel body is provided with a material opening that can be opened and locked and sealed, and a lifting plate is welded inside the barrel.
The driving device is composed of a reducer, a coupling, etc. To drive the drum to meet the requirements of the constant speed of operation, the deceleration system is also equipped with manual adjustment device, easy to discharge.
The counting device is connected with the supporting half-shaft of one end of the drum, and the work is to feedback the speed, record the number of rotation revolutions, and control the equipment to stop automatically after reaching the required number of revolutions.

Working principle
The material is placed in the drum, and when the drum is running, the material rolls along with it. Under the action of the lifting plate, the sintering or pellets are taken to a high place. After exceeding the drum 90°, the material begins to fall down freely. In the friction and collision with the drum, and the friction and collision between the material, the sintering or pellets are broken, after reaching the preset number, the drum stops rotating, the material is discharged from the feed port, and a set test period is completed. Then the impact resistance and wear resistance of sintered and pelleted ore are calculated according to the screening weight.
