The lithium battery separator extrusion production line model is HD/LY1700-3-PP. The products are used for manufacturing dry-process lithium battery separators. The raw material is PP, with a roll surface width of 1700 and a film thickness of 10 to 35 μm.
The main unit adopts a double extrusion structure in the form of ABA membrane layers and enters the three-layer internal composite automatic mold. It uses six-roll extrusion, cooling and shaping, and is equipped with a negative pressure vacuum box and imported edge-locking machine device.
From the continuous forming process to the double station winding process, all adopt a low-tension design.
