The XPS extruded polystyrene foam board production line is a type of insulation board formed by high-temperature extrusion using polystyrene and foaming agents as raw materials. Currently, in the industry, chlorofluorocarbons (HCFC) are mainly used as foaming agents. HCFC foaming agents have a relatively high potential to damage the ozone layer. According to the Montreal Protocol, China has been gradually restricting the use of HCFC. Based on market conditions, our company has introduced advanced technology and specially developed CO2 extruded polystyrene board equipment for customers. CO2 has completely replaced fluorine, chlorine and hydrogen foaming agents, truly achieving a fluorine-free foaming process and setting a precedent for CO2 foaming.

Supercritical CO2 blowing agent injection system

A closed-loop control program is designed to maintain the stability of the mass flow. The unique three-stage pressurized injection system maintains a stable liquid-phase state of CO2, ensuring the formation of a homogeneous system.
