Imported white granulated sugar is processed through a series of advanced production techniques such as dissolution, filtration and cooling to produce syrup of the specified concentration.
The specific process flow of the syrup production line: Add white granulated sugar and hot pure water in proportion to the dissolution tank to prepare syrup with a solubility of about 65-68% (the specific solubility is according to the customer's requirements). The syrup is pumped into the sugar liquid filter for filtration. Discharged through the liquid outlet. After filtration, the finished liquid syrup is cooled down and enters the temporary storage tank.
