The project is the cooling of fluorine gypsum waste slag, using φ2.6×30m external cooling jacket single-barrel cooling machine, which has a layer of water-cooled jacket device wrapped in the outer layer, compact structure, stable operation, easy operation and maintenance, better cooling effect, large production capacity, high operating rate.

II. Working principle

The material enters the cooling machine through the feeding device. The cooling machine rotates, and its inner lifting plate drives the material to heat exchange with the air. At the same time, the outer jacket flows into the circulating water to carry out heat exchange on the cooling machine barrel, so as to carry out heat exchange on the material in the peer body. With the cylinder rotating continuously according to the design inclination and speed, the material also rolls forward periodically in the barrel body, thus transferring the material from the feed end to the discharge end. And ensure that the material is cooled to below 100 ° C during the time it passes through the cooler, so as to complete the entire cooling process.

III. Solution

1, with large vertical lathe and boring and milling machine for integrated processing and manufacturing, effectively improve the installation accuracy and reliability of the whole machine;

2, a variety of angles of the circumferential lifting plate combination device, can greatly improve its heat exchange rate, shorten the cooling time;

3, equipped with external cold water jacket device, can be more efficient to reduce the material temperature, the material temperature is reduced to 100℃ below.
