GZ electromagnetic vibration feeder is used to evenly, continuously or quantitatively feed bulk, granular and powdered materials from storage silos or other storage equipment to the receiving device (equipment), and can realize stepless adjustment of the feed amount and automatic control of the production process. This type of equipment has the characteristics of simple structure, easy operation, no lubrication, low energy consumption, and can adjust the feed amount evenly.

Working principle
The current in the electromagnetic coil of the exciter of the feeder is rectified by single-phase half-wave. When the coil is switched on, there is a current passing through the positive half-circle, and the pulse electromagnetic force attracts each other between the armature and the iron core. At this time, the tank body moves backward, and the main spring of the exciter deforms and stores the maximum potential energy. The main spring releases energy, causing the armature and core to move forward from the tank in the opposite direction. Therefore, the electromagnetic vibration feeder vibrates at the frequency of AC power supply, and because the bottom plane of the tank body has a definite Angle with the exciting force line, the material of the tank body moves continuously forward along the trajectory of a parabola. Adjust the level of rectifier voltage, you can control the feeding amount of equipment.
