We built a 1200tpd cement grinding station in Guatemala. The project uses a closed-circuit production process to produce ASTM C1175 GU and HE cement. The main grinding equipment of this process is clinker ball mill and volcanic ash ball mill, which has the characteristics of less investment, short construction period, easy operation and control, reliable and durable, and high operating rate. The cement produced has the characteristics of good shape, reasonable particle distribution, less water requirement for cement hydration and good performance of cement. In the cement grinding process, the ball mill process occupies a dominant position in the industry. In the design, we fully consider the special natural environment such as typhoon, high humidity and earthquake in the project location, and take into account the influence of high humidity and high temperature environment on equipment and electricity in the process selection.
II. Solution
(1) Drying equipment
The dryer equipment is selected φ 3× 30m, the material feeding particle size is ≤ 20mm, the initial moisture is about 30%, the moisture reaches about 2% after drying, the drying effect is good, the processing capacity reaches 25-28t/h, the equipment is reliable, and the anti-overload ability is strong.
(2) Grinding equipment
The ball mill used in this project is φ 3× 9m, the material feed particle size is ≤ 25mm, the discharge particle size reaches 170 mesh, the processing capacity reaches 35t/h, the product particle size is uniform, the particle size is easy to adjust, and the pass rate is high.
III. Project site
