Shandong Design Institute is a company which mainly engages in professional technical services and contracts foreign engineering projects which are suitable for its strength, scale and performance. In the second half of 2019, after the general contract of India Essa Nissan 200 tons of lime line project, it is urgent to entrust a domestic enterprise with full qualifications and rich technical experience to promote the implementation. Our company has more than ten lime production lines of 100-800 tons per day at home and abroad, and enjoys a good reputation in the industry. In October 2019, after in-depth technical exchanges and negotiations, our company's technical strength and equipment manufacturing capability were soon recognized by Shandong Metallurgical Design Institute, and the two sides formally signed the design and supply contract in December 2019.
This project adopts mature technology, advanced vertical preheater, vertical cooler and lime rotary kiln system. The production line has the characteristics of environmental protection and energy saving, small footprint, high product activity, uniform and stable quality, low investment and high return.
II. Solution
1, the process design adopts our mature and advanced vertical preheater and vertical cooler with rotary kiln calcining program, the process flow is smooth, the layout is compact, fully taking into account environmental protection, energy consumption and other factors.
2, vertical preheater and vertical cooling machine for Henan Zheng mine machine patented technical products, with high preheating efficiency into the kiln material and high cooling efficiency out of the kiln lime, product single consumption, energy saving, save the site area.
3, lime activity is high, good whiteness, uniform and stable.
4. The exhaust gas from the preheater at the end of the kiln adopts a mechanical air cooler to greatly reduce the exhaust gas temperature of the dust collector. At the same time, the inlet of the bag dust collector is equipped with a cold air outlet for emergency use to prevent the high-temperature gas from burning the dust filter bag under abnormal circumstances.
5, the kiln head adopts the vertical cooler and the kiln head cover integrated design and construction, covers a small area, good sealing, and effectively avoids the unorganized emission of hot exhaust gas.
6, good environmental dust collection, emission concentration is less than 30mg/Nm3, dust collection using film filter bag, small resistance.
7, high level of automation, the adjustment, control and alarm of the production system operation are centrally controlled by PLC in the main control room. Less field operators, high labor efficiency.
