The project is located in Iran and the total size of the project is 2 200TPD and 2 300TPD quicklime production lines. The production of quicklime is important for several steel mills around Adalkan. After many business negotiations and technical exchanges with the customer, the customer reached a preliminary cooperation intention with our company in December 2013, and officially signed a contract for the design and equipment manufacturing of the 200TPD production line of the project in February 2014.

This project uses an advanced energy saving and environmentally friendly active lime rotary kiln with vertical preheater and vertical cooler, which breaks the traditional lime production line pattern. Fuel consumption is significantly reduced, and exhaust emissions are also reduced. In addition, the use of pulse bag dust collector and cyclone dust collector to purify the tail gas not only greatly reduces the production cost, reduces the energy consumption, improves the economic efficiency, but also makes the exhaust gas produced by the calcining process discharge up to the standard, which is more conducive to environmental protection.

6, environmental dust collection is good, the use of pulse bag dust collector and cyclone dust collector dust, emission concentration is less than 50mg/Nm3.

7, high level of automation, the adjustment, control and alarm of the production system operation are centrally controlled by PLC in the main control room. Less field operators, high labor efficiency.
