Working principle

The raw material ball from the roll granulation mechanism is fed into the feed inlet of the shaper. The material moves axially and radially along the wall of the cylinder in the shaper drum. The material is gradually rounded by the radial force of the drum in the cylinder, and the excess burrs are separated.
