Product introduction: Lime shaft kiln, as opposed to lime rotary kiln, is an upright cylindrical cylinder equipment with full steel structure, which uses the principle of heat exchange between material weight down and hot gas up for lime firing.

Lime shaft kiln, as the name suggests, is an upright kiln for firing lime. Because of the use of modern technology, it can make full use of cheap energy, especially the use of the original environmental pollution of the gas (such as converter gas, blast furnace gas, calcium carbide furnace tail gas, etc.) as the main energy, waste into treasure.

Working principle
After mixing the limestone and raw coal ingredients, it is transported to the top of the kiln, and the distribution inside the furnace is completed by the distributor. The material moves slowly from top to bottom by its own gravity, successively passing through the pre-tropical zone, decomposition zone and cooling zone. In the process of falling, the material carries on heat exchange with the hot rising gas flow, and the calcination of lime is completed with the decomposition of limestone and the growth of lime grains.
