Magnesite rotary kiln
Our magnesite rotary kiln according to barrel specifications range of Ø1.6×32m-Ø4×80m, barrel diameter of 2.2m or more (including 2.2m) with auxiliary drive, 3.0m or more (including 3.0m) support from three groups to four groups, kiln speed of 0.88-2.85r /min, slope of 3.5-4.0%, Supporting the main motor power of 18.5-355kW, to meet the calcination needs of 2t-20t magnesite products.

Product introduction of magnesite rotary kiln
Magnesite is the dominant mineral resources in China and is a carbonate mineral of magnesium, often replacing magnesium with iron and manganese, but the iron content of natural magnesite is generally not high, and it is the main raw material for manufacturing alkaline magnesite refractory materials and extracting metal magnesium. Magnesite is mainly used for calcination of light-fired magnesite, sintered magnesite, fused magnesite and other refractory materials. At present, light-fired magnesite is mainly used in rotary kiln equipment.

Working principle
The magnesite is fed into the kiln through the kiln tail (high end) chute. Due to the tilt and slow rotation of the cylinder, the magnesite rolls along the circumference and moves axially from the kiln tail (high end) to the kiln head (low end). Fuel from the kiln head through the burner into the kiln for combustion, heat by radiation, convection, conduction and other ways to the magnesite, magnesite in the kiln after preheating, decomposition, sintering and other processes, calcined into calcined white, and then discharged from the kiln head device.
