The machine is composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotating part, transmission part (reducer, pinion, motor, electric control) and other parts. The hollow shaft is made of steel casting, the inner lining can be disassembled, the rotary gear is made of casting hobbing, and the cylinder body is inlaid with wear-resistant lining plate, which has good wear resistance. The machine runs smoothly and works reliably.

Working principle
Metallurgical and mineral processing ball mills usually adopt edge transmission mode. The materials to be ground enter the ball mill continuously and evenly through the feeder. The motor drives the mill barrel to rotate through the reducer, and the materials enter the mill barrel through the feeding spiral barrel first. After being brought to a certain height, the material is hit and ground by the grinding body, and the crushed finished product is discharged from the mill through the sorting equipment to select the qualified material, and the unqualified material in the recirculation powder system continues to return to the mill to be hit and ground by the grinding body until the fineness is qualified.
