II. Solution
The experimental ball mill is a center drive, intermittent discharge type ball mill. When the body rotates, the material is highly crushed due to the impact and grinding of the moving hard grinding body. When grinding is stopped, the crushed material is discharged through the unloading mill door. The fineness of grinding operation depends on the grinding time to control itself. This product has the characteristics of less investment, energy saving and power saving compared with similar products, novel structure, easy operation, safe use, stable and reliable performance. This type of ball mill is mainly composed of chassis, main bearing device, barrel part, transmission device and other components.
