Multi-channel pulverized coal burner product introduction
The multi-channel pulverized coal burner produced by our company is composed of pipes, nozzles, metal corrugated compensators, butterfly valves, pressure measuring instruments and protective layers, etc., made of special materials, the outlet area of each air duct is adjustable, the butterfly valve is used to adjust the air volume, the pressure measuring instrument is used to measure the air volume and wind speed of each air duct, and the external user can pour the refractory protective layer by himself. This series of combustion a total of eight models, feed volume 1.2-6.5t/h, can meet the diameter of 1.9m-4.0m rotary kiln production needs.

Working principle
The pulverized coal is sent into the kiln by the centrifugal fan or Roots fan through the burner coal air, and the swirling wind spins the pulverized coal at a constant Angle, so that the pulverized coal is dispersed and fully burned. The external wind is the axial flow wind, which can gather the divergent fire pattern and the central wind plays the role of stabilizing the flame. In normal production, the flame thickness is adjusted by adjusting the swirl wind, and the length of the flame is adjusted by adjusting the axial flow wind to meet the production. When the swirl wind cannot be met, it is necessary to expand the central air pipe to adjust the distance of the wind wings to change the effect of the swirl flow. The adjustment of the axial flow wind, the swirl wind and the central wind is realized by switching the pipeline valve.
