Working principle

The traction part of the NE type plate chain bucket elevator is a plate chain, and the hopper is fixed on the traction part at a certain interval. The traction part is formed by the sprocket of the lifting head and the bottom, which constitutes the closed ring system of the rising loaded branch and the falling unloaded branch. The driving device arranged in the lifting head passes the power to the traction member and the hopper through the head sprocket. The material enters the hopper of the hoist through the feed port at the bottom of the hoist. The hopper lifts the material to the head and discharges the material at the head. The material leaving the hopper is discharged through the discharge port at the head of the hoist. The hopper of the hoist and the bottom wheel of the first wheel of the traction member are installed in the fully sealed housing to realize the material transportation without dust pollution.
