Nepheline Crushing Mill Production Project (Sichuan Province)

I. Project overview

(Sichuan Province) Nanjiang nepheline crushing and grinding project mainly feed raw materials ≤500mm into the crusher through the feeder, after crushing and screening, mix with other raw materials and water into the rod mill for rough grinding. After drying and other processes, enter the ceramic ball mill for fine grinding, to reach the required particle size after the mill.

After learning the needs of users, our company's sales and technical personnel actively contact with users, through everyone's unremitting efforts, users are very satisfied, and signed the project contract in 2022.

After the equipment was sent to the site, our company personnel went to the site, actively followed up, and successfully completed the installation and commissioning and put into production in May 2023. Site equipment energy saving and environmental protection, to meet customer needs, reasonable layout. Since the operation of the equipment, the failure rate is low, which is well received by customers.
