I. Project overview

Equipment configuration: Diameter 2.1x3.6m rod mill


A Greek company in October 2013 due to a previous grinding equipment low production capacity, backward technology and frequent failures, seriously affecting the efficiency of mining and beneficiation. After many investigations and screening, decided to purchase our company's machine 50TPH rod mill to replace the obsolete equipment. The two sides signed the purchase contract on December 16, 2013, the equipment arrived in February 2014, and after 20 days of installation and debugging, it was put into production on March 20, 2014, and the acceptance was up to the standard.


II. Solution


According to the production capacity and the fineness requirements of the inlet and outlet grinding materials, and after many times of communication to understand the specifications and technical parameters of the upstream and downstream crushing and screening equipment currently used by the other party, both sides agree that the dry overflow type 2.1x3.6m rod mill can solve various problems existing in the current mining and beneficiation, such as backward technology, as follows:


(1) The rod mill uses steel rods as the grinding body, and the grinding process is in line with the material, and the crushing and grinding of the material is stronger.


(2) The equipment can be compatible with the existing upstream and downstream crushing, screening, screening and other equipment, without other auxiliary investment.


(3) The equipment technology is mature, the operation is stable, the failure rate is low, and the requirements of inlet and outlet grinding are met.


(4) Simple structure, compact, easy installation, maintenance and maintenance.
