I. Project overview
Shaanxi Hepingli grinding project mainly uses ceramic ball mill to grind the ore, and comes out of the mill after reaching the required particle size to test the ore composition. Since the material should not contain iron impurities, after face-to-face communication with the customer, the suitable grinding equipment was selected for this project.
After learning the needs of users, our company's salesman actively contacted users, after preliminary understanding, users in July 2022 to the company field visit and technical exchanges. After our unremitting efforts, the user was satisfied and signed the project contract in early August 2022.

Equipment use and features:
1, mainly used for intermittent grinding of ore.
2, the fineness of the grinding operation can be controlled by the grinding time.
3, with high work efficiency, low operating costs, stable mechanical properties, uniform grinding, good product consistency, low product loss, easy to replace wearing parts, low maintenance costs and many other advantages.
III. Project implementation
After the equipment was sent to the site, Henan Zheng Mine machine personnel went to the site, actively followed up, successfully completed the installation and commissioning and put into production. Site equipment energy saving and environmental protection, to meet customer needs, reasonable layout. Since the operation of the equipment, the failure rate is low, which is well received by customers.
