Working principle
PE, PEX series jaw crusher is driven by the motor as the power, through the belt drive eccentric shaft, so that the moving jaw according to the predetermined trajectory for reciprocating movement, so that the material into the crushing chamber composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side protection plate to be broken, and through the lower discharge port will be finished material unloaded. The crushing mode of this series jaw crusher is curved extrusion type, the motor drives the belt and pulley, and makes the moving jaw move up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw rises, the Angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw becomes larger, so as to push the moving jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the material is crushed, split and bent. When the moving jaw goes down, the Angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw becomes smaller, the moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the tie rod and the spring, and the broken material is discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the crushing jaw by the motor, the periodic crushing and discharging are carried out to achieve mass production.
