PET Foam Board Production Line

PET foam core material sheet is mainly composed of Polyethylene terephthalate, commonly known as polyester resin. Advanced foaming technology is applied, with 100% carbon dioxide foaming. The "CO2 combined foaming agent" has been fully utilized to replace the "fluorine series" foaming agent, significantly reducing production costs. Moreover, CO2 as a foaming agent is more environmentally friendly. Compared with traditional foaming that uses fluoride as a foaming agent during production, it will have certain impacts on the environment and human health. PET features excellent mechanical properties, electrical insulation, chemical resistance, creep resistance, fatigue resistance and wear resistance, and is widely used in important fields such as daily consumer goods, transportation, sports equipment and biomedicine.
